WILLSTRONG^® ACP owns advanced technologies, strict quality control and continuous innovations, which makes WILLSTRONG to meticulously control the tolerance, flatness, thickness and the finish quality of each panel.

The bonding of aluminum and the core is achieved by both chemical and mechanical ways, giving WILLSTRONG^® ACP extraordinary bond integrity. WILLSTRONG^® ACP are protected and colored by Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), Polyester (PE) paints and PET films. Panels to be applied for high building cladding mainly utilize coating of KYNAR500^® PVDF resins in order to guarantee outstanding color uniformity, UV fade resistance & gloss retention finish. The paint also provides excellent flexibility & film adhesion for forming, and offers superior resistance to humidity, impact, salt spray, pollution, abrasion & graffiti. The luxurious, bright-colored, marble and wood print finishes give so many choices for architects to completely perform their creativity.

Nine years experience in ACP and annual productive capacity-6, 000,000.00 sqms excellent ACP highlight our factory. WILLSTRONGs internationalized industrial base, with its area of 60,000 sqms and 8 modernized automatic production lines has been forming the largest manufacturing center in South China.

The Applications of WILLSTRONG^® ACP: outside cladding, inside decoration, and other various applications such as using ACP as ceiling, apartment separate, table top and furniture skin, door coverage, the decoration of kitchen, apartment, subway, undersea tunnel, storefront, hospitals, the renovation of old buildings and airdromes and other industrial usages etc.

Lightweight: WILLSTRONG^® only weights 3.56 kgs/m² for the standard 3mm as against 6.5 kgs/m² for a 2.4mm aluminum sheet making it an extremely easy material to handle particularly for large size applications.

High Impressionability & Multiple Colors: Various shapes can be machined as the planecamber shape and spherical surface etc. WILLSTRONG^® panel also can be designed for a wide range of colors, also the coating is even , no color difference,and the effect of decoration is elegant

Flatness & Rigidity: The composite structure of WILLSTRONG^® gives a highly rigid and a superior flatness as compared to any other signage of facades materials resulting in an optically flat panel.

Superior Corrosion Resistance & Weather Resistance: The Kynar-500^® PVDF coating which WILLSTRONG^® panel used possessed some superiorities in corrosion-resistance, acid/alkali resistance, oil resistance, boiling water resistance, soundproof, able to bear the salt fog, and soundproof against vibration .The panel can stand the test of the abominable environment and without loss its colorful appearance.

Fireproof Ability: WILLSTRONG^® panel is higher than index requirement of grade B1. The panel is fireproof without poison; it is a safe fireproofing material and fully meets the fireproofing requirement specified in building material law

High Impact Resistance: The WILLSTRONG^® panel has high impact resistance and toughness the coating layer is not to be crashed when it's bent. The panel is not to be damaged when in a strong windy and sandy condition.

Easy Maintenance: WILLSTRONG^® panel is easy to be cleaned by simple washing, sponge or soft brush or the neutral and gentle sanitizer .It can make the panel new forever. We suggest cleaning the WILLSTRONG^® panel once a year but it depends on the location of the panel.
