1. Zinc Composite Panel FR
Willstrong ZCP with its natural beauty and environment-friendly concept, plays elegance in such historical and classical projects as museam, opera house, expo, memorial and morden architectural building as well.

You can enjoy Willstrong ZCP's excellence --- extreamly long life-time, from 70 years to 100 years depending on specific environment, self-repairment and higher rigidity, which performs greater added value compared to aluminum composite panel.

Zinc alloy: Imported from Europe. Zn-Cu-Ti-Al alloy is consisting of Zn=99.995%, Cu=0.08%~1.0%, Ti=0.06%~0.2%, Al≤0.015%.
Aluminum alloy: 3003/3005 H16, with anti-rust back coating.
Core material: Non-combusitive high quality PE core complies with "Class B" of GB 20286-2006 and "Class 0" of BS476.

2. PATINA
A natural protective basic zinc hydroxicarbonate layer, which is formed through two to three years. Its first layer protects the zinc completely and slows down its interaction within the oxygen in the air, while the second layer 6m-2y 2y-3y neutralises the effect of acidity of
rain or other external factors on the zinc. Depending on different environment, corrosion resistance of ZCP in 0.7mm thick skin reaches seventy to one hundred years.Additionally, ZCP is able to self-repair imperfection and scratch. During this period, color of zinc changes imperceptibly depending on the environment conditions.

4. Green material
Willstrong ZCP fr is non-toxic, durable and 100% recyclable material. Less energy is
required to produce ZCP than the other principal materials that take their first steps in
recycling. Therefore, ZCP is vital to biological equilibrium and growth.

5. Excellent rigidity
Rigidity of Willstrong ZCP fr 4mm is
equivalent to nearly 3mm thick solid zinc
sheet. The lower tensile yield strength for
zinc, compared to aluminium, translates to
lower wind-loading capabilities for ZCP
versus ACP.
